The George Dutton Business Park

The George Dutton Business Park is a 9 acre plot on the Airfield Industrial Estate in Ashbourne. It has developed over the last 25 years to a point now where is has a total of approximately 140,000 ft² of industrial accommodation in 9 separate buildings.

The accommodation ranges in size from 2,500 ft² to 30,000 ft² for warehouses and 400 ft² to 1,200ft² for office suites.

The buildings were designed to provide flexible accommodation for a wide range of commercial and industrial uses, and the whole park is carefully laid-out with plenty of open space to make access easy.
